Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. On models with disk back brake mechanisms remove a support and a brake disk (see. Head Brake system).
3. Remove a dustproof cover and give a bearing nut, - do not use for a nut otdavaniye a pneumatic drive.
4. Remove the external wheel bearing.
5. Remove a brake drum / ступичную assembly assembled with the internal bearing and a sealing epiploon.
6. Take from stupichny assembly an epiploon and the internal bearing.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease the internal bearing and establish it in stupichny assembly / a brake drum.
2. Establish a new epiploon.
3. Screw самоконтрящуюся a nut so that under it there were 2-3 mm of a carving. Measure a torque of a provorachivaniye of a nut counter-clockwise, - if the result of measurement makes less than 6 H • m, the nut is subject to replacement.
4. Establish a brake drum / ступичную assembly on the regular place.
5. Grease the external wheel bearing and plant it on a spindle.
6. Tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut with demanded effort (150 ÷ 200 H • м).
7. By means of a tsiferblatny measuring instrument define size axial люфта a nave/drum. If the result of measurement makes more than 0.002 mm, repeat procedure of a tightening of a nut. If the retightening of a nut does not lead to desirable result, replace bearings.
8. Establish a protective cover and a wheel.
9. Lower the car on the earth.


The Mirage models since 1993 вып.

Dismantling of wheel bearings on these models is not represented possible. Replacement of stupichny assembly is in case of need made!


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. On the models equipped with ABS, remove the wheel sensor.
3. Remove a support and a brake disk / a brake drum (see. Head Brake system).
4. Remove a dustproof cover and give a bearing nut, - do not use for a nut otdavaniye a pneumatic drive.
5. Remove stupichny assembly.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish stupichny assembly on the regular place. Tighten with demanded effort (180 H • м) a flange nut.
2. Establish a dustproof cover.
3. On models with ABS establish into place the wheel sensor, - track, that the size of an air gap did not fall outside the limits an admissible range (0.3 ÷ 0.9 mm).
4. Establish a brake disk and a support / a brake drum.
5. Establish a back wheel and lower the car on the earth.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove a protective cover and give a stupichny nut.
3. Remove a brake drum (see. Head Brake system). The external wheel bearing should drop out of a nave at drum removal, - try not to drop it.
4. Remove stupichny assembly.
5. Take the internal bearing.
6. Check a condition of components of bearings. In case of identification of scratches, задиров or overheat traces on surfaces of holders the last are replaced with all set, - knocking-out of holders subject to replacement is made by means of a brass drift.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation of a holder of bearings it is necessary to grease with special bearing greasing. Track completeness of landing of holders, - use a suitable opravka.
2. Carefully fill bearings the greasing with which remains grease a nave.
3. Establish the internal bearing, grease and plant a new epiploon, - use a special opravka.
4. Establish a brake drum (see. Head Brake system).
5. Grease and establish the external bearing, establish a washer and screw a nut.
6. Rotating a drum, tighten a nut with effort of 17 H • m, then release it for removal of a pretightness and again tighten, - this time with effort of 10 H • m.
7. Block a nut and establish new шплинт.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.


The Galant models for 1993 вып. with disk brake mechanisms of back wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. Turn out a fixing bolt (ы) and remove a basic arm of the wheel sensor from a fist of stupichny assembly.

Try not to allow contact of a sensitive element of the sensor to a rotor teeth!

3. Remove a support of the brake mechanism and tie up it to suspension bracket elements (see. Head Brake system).
4. Remove a brake disk (see. Head Brake system).
5. Remove a protective cover, a nut and a lock washer.
6. Remove stupichny assembly.

The back nave is not subject to dismantling and in case of an exit of bearings out of operation changes assembled.

7. In case of need (models with ABS) turn out two fixing bolts and remove from a nave subject to replacement a rotor of the wheel sensor.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on a nave a rotor of the wheel sensor. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (11 H • м).
2. Establish stupichny assembly on the regular place.
3. Establish a lock washer, screw a new lock-nut and tighten it with demanded effort (200 ÷ 260 H • м). To Zachekanta a nut also establish a protective cover.
4. Establish a brake disk and a support of the brake mechanism.
5. Establish the wheel sensor and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (11 H • м).
6. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Before beginning movement, pump over a pedal of a foot brake.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The design of stupichny assembly of considered models is shown on an illustration.
2. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
3. On models from ABS remove the wheel sensor.
4. Remove a brake drum (see. Head Brake system).

5. From the back party of a fist turn out four bolts of fastening of a nave.

6. Remove a nave from a fist.

The nave is not subject to dismantling!


7. In case of need (models from ABS) remove from a nave subject to replacement a rotor of the wheel sensor, - use a special head of the Mv991248 type.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Napressuyte a rotor of the wheel sensor on a new nave (models with ABS).
2. Establish a nave on a fist and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (74 ÷ 88 H • м).
3. Establish a brake drum (see. Head Brake system).
4. On models with ABS establish the wheel sensor.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The design of stupichny assembly of considered models is shown on an illustration.
2. Take шплинт and give a stupichny nut. Remove a washer.
3. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
4. On models from ABS remove the wheel sensor.
5. Remove a support and tie up it to suspension bracket elements (see. Head Brake system).
6. Remove a brake disk (see. Head Brake system).
7. Remove the top anchor springs of frictional boots of the parking brake.
8. Remove the bottom coupling spring of frictional boots.
9. Remove directing springs of boots.
10. Disconnect a driving cable from the executive lever of the parking brake.
11. From the back party of a fist of stupichny assembly give four bolts of fastening of a nave.
12. Remove a nave assembled with wheel bearings.

The nave is not subject to dismantling!

13. In case of need (models from ABS) remove from a nave subject to replacement a rotor of the wheel sensor, - use a special head of the Mv991248 type.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Napressuyte a rotor of the wheel sensor on a new nave (models with ABS).
2. Establish a nave on a fist and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (74 ÷ 88 H • м).
3. Establish frictional boots of the parking brake (see. Head Brake system).
4. Establish on a nave a brake disk and temporarily fix it by a navorachivaniye of pair of wheel nuts.
5. Establish an anchor bracket of the brake mechanism and enclose in it brake shoes.
6. Establish a support of the brake mechanism, then remove temporarily established wheel nuts.
7. On models with ABS establish the wheel sensor.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.


Diamante models

The nave on these models is not subject to regenerative repair and in case of an exit of components out of operation should be replaced assembled!


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. Remove a support of the brake mechanism and a brake disk (see. Head Brake system). Tie up a support a wire to suspension bracket elements.
3. On models with ABS turn out a fixing bolt and remove the wheel sensor from the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket.

Try not to allow contact of a sensitive element of the sensor to a rotor teeth!

4. Remove a protective cover, give самоконтрящуюся a stupichny nut and remove a lock washer.
5. Remove stupichny assembly from a spindle of an axis of a wheel.
6. In case of need give fixing bolts and remove from a nave a rotor of the wheel sensor (model from ABS).


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix on a nave a rotor of the wheel sensor (model with ABS).
2. Establish a nave on the regular place. Screw new самоконтрящуюся a nut (do not forget to enclose a lock washer) and tighten it with demanded effort (230 H • м), - track correctness of combination of landing labels.
3. By means of a dynamometer and wound round heads of bolts of a cord measure effort of a provorachivaniye of stupichny assembly. If the result of measurement exceeds value of 10 N, repeat procedure of a tightening of a nut. In case of need replace a nave.
4. By means of a tsiferblatny measuring instrument define size axial люфта stupichny assembly, - the maximum admissible value makes 0.05 mm.
5. Establish a brake disk and a support of the brake mechanism.
6. On models with ABS establish into place the wheel sensor, - track correctness of laying of its electroconducting.
7. By means of not magnetic щупа lezviyny type measure size of an air gap between a sensitive element of the sensor and teeths of an alarm rotor. Demanded value makes 0.2 ÷ 0.7 mm. tighten a nut of a basic arm of the sensor and once again check an air gap in different points of a rotor. In case of need replace a rotor.
8. Pump over a brake contour and establish into place a back wheel.
