Mitsubishi Galant

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. Remove transmission.
3. On models from RKPP remove coupling assembly (see. Head Coupling and transmission line).

4. Mark the provision of a flywheel / a driving disk of rather cranked shaft and turn out fixing bolts.

5. On models from AT remove the adapter of a driving disk.

6. Remove a flywheel / a driving disk from the engine.

2. Connect flywheel assembly / a driving disk to a flange of a cranked shaft.
3. On models from AT establish the adapter of a driving disk.
4. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (135 H • м: for models of 1.5 l; 130 ÷ 140 H • м: for models of 1.6 l, 2.0 l and 2.4 l; 100 H • м: for models of 1.8 l and 53 ÷ 56 H • м: for models of 3.0 l and 3.5 l).
5. On models from RKPP establish into place coupling assembly (see. Head Coupling and transmission line).
6. Establish transmission.
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
