5. In case of need, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a drain stopper of the pallet and tighten it with demanded effort (40 H • м).
6. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of development of leaks.

7. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).

8. In case of need, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a drain stopper of the pallet and tighten it with demanded effort (45 H • м).
9. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
10. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of development of leaks.

8. Having replaced laying, connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases, - fixing nuts of a connecting flange tighten with demanded effort (40 H • м).
9. In case of need, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a drain stopper of the pallet and tighten it with demanded effort (45 H • м).
10. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of development of leaks.

Bolts of fastening of the catalytic converter are tightened with effort of 49 H • m.

7. Connect electroconducting to the O2 sensor.
8. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of development of leaks.

7. In case of need, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a drain stopper of the pallet and tighten it with demanded effort (39 H • м).
8. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of development of leaks.

4. Remove a starter.

6. To Otboltita top section of the pallet. For separation of the top section from the block of the engine screw a bolt in specially provided carving opening in element molding. Do not try to separate at all the pallet by a poddevaniye it the lever under an interfaced surface!

7. Having removed the top section, turn out from it a service bolt used at dismantle.

2. Put on a surface of the top section of the pallet interfaced to the block hermetic. Hermetic should be imposed a continuous pillow and from the inside from boltovy openings.

3. Not later than in 15 minutes after drawing of hermetic press the pallet to the block. Screw fixing bolts and, operating strictly in a certain order, tighten them with demanded effort (6 H • м).
4. Having replaced a sealing ring, establish directing tube щупа measurements of impellent oil.
5. Establish starter assembly.

6. Put on carefully cleared interfaced surface of the bottom section of the pallet hermetic. Hermetic should be imposed a continuous pillow and from the inside from boltovy openings.

7. Not later than in 15 minutes after drawing of hermetic press the pallet to the block. Screw fixing bolts and, operating strictly in a certain order, tighten them with demanded effort (10 ÷ 12 H • м).
8. In case of need, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a drain stopper of the pallet and tighten it with demanded effort (39 H • м).
9. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
10. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check its existence of signs of development of leaks.
