5. Release a bolt of a collar of fastening of a hose of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel.
6. Remove belts of a drive of auxiliary units.
7. Prop up the engine a telezhechny jack and remove an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
8. Remove a gas-distributing belt (see. Section Removal and installation of a cover of a drive of GRM and gas-distributing belt).
9. Remove a basic arm of the steering pump.
10. Remove a basic arm of the generator.
11. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump, its sealing laying, and also a sealing ring of the shtutserny socket (ов) a branch pipe of an admission of water.

Bolts of fastening of the water pump have various length, - try to remember exact location of each of fixture elements.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of assembly of the water pump and the engine block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. On models of 1.5 l establish a new sealing ring in a reception flute on the forward party of a branch pipe of an admission of water.

The ring is established dry, without application of any oils or greasings! It is allowed to moisten slightly only a ring before landing by water.

3. On models of 1.8 l impose on an interfaced surface of the pump a continuous pillow of hermetic in thickness of 2.5 ÷ 3.0 mm, then press pump assembly to the engine, screw and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (24 H • м).

Installation of the pump should be made within no more than 15 minutes after hermetic drawing! Filling of system of cooling and start of the engine can be carried out not less than an hour later after pump installation!

4. On models of 1.5 l establish assembly of the water pump on the engine (do not forget to replace sealing laying), screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (25 H • м), - try not to allow shifts of pump assembly in the course of a fixture tightening.
5. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
6. Fill in in system fresh cooling liquid.
7. Connect the battery, start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and modify level of cooling liquid in a radiator. Check cooling system on existence of signs of development of leaks.
8. After engine cooling once again check level of cooling liquid.

6. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.

9. Remove forward covers of a drive of GRM.
10. Remove gear belts of a drive of GRM and a balancing shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of a cover of a drive of GRM and gas-distributing belt).

11. Remove an intermediate roller of a belt of a drive of the To/in compressor and its (roller) a basic arm.

12. Remove a basic arm of the generator.

13. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump, its sealing laying, and also a sealing ring of the shtutserny socket (ов) a branch pipe of an admission of water.

2. Estimate a condition of blades of a rotor of the water pump, in case of identification of signs of wear or damages replace pump assembly.

3. Establish a new sealing ring in a reception flute on the forward party of a branch pipe of an admission of water.

The ring is established dry, without application of any oils or greasings! It is allowed to moisten slightly only a ring before landing by water.

4. Establish assembly of the water pump on the engine (do not forget to replace sealing laying), screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (bolts with marking 4 on a head - with effort of 14 H • m, bolts with marking 7 - with effort of 24 H • м), - try not to allow shifts of pump assembly in the course of a fixture tightening.

5. Establish an arm of an intermediate roller of a belt of a drive of the To/in compressor and a roller.
6. Establish gear belts of a drive of GRM and a balancing shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of a cover of a drive of GRM and gas-distributing belt).
7. Establish belts of a drive of auxiliary units.
8. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
9. Establish elements of protection of a case.
10. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
11. Fill in in the engine fresh cooling liquid.
