1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
2. Remove back wheels.
3. Remove a brake drum.
4. Before starting dismantle of components, try to remember adjusting provisions of all springs and clamps.
5. Remove the top coupling spring.
6. Remove a spring of fastening of a boot to the regulator lever, then remove regulator assembly.
7. Remove clamps of directing springs and dismantle brake boots, having disconnected from back a cable of a drive of the parking brake.

1. Carefully clear and dry a brake board, check smoothness of its acting contact surfaces, - existence of roughnesses is fraught with jamming of boots.
2. Grease contact surfaces of a board and anchor fingers of boots with lithium greasing.
3. Remove and carefully clean other components of the brake mechanism. Grease a carving part of an adjusting castor with anti-taking hermetic and transfer all details on new bashmachny assemblies.
4. Connect to the corresponding boot a cable of a drive of the parking brake.
5. Fix boots on a brake board and, operating as it should be the return to a dismantle order, establish fixing components of brake assembly.
6. Adjust boots so that the brake drum sat down on them with easy resistance (see. Section Adjustment of drum-type brake mechanisms). Establish a drum.
7. Screw a new stupichny nut and tighten it with demanded effort (180 Nanometers).
8. Establish a protective cover of the wheel bearing and adjust boots of back brake mechanisms.

3. Remove a spring of fastening of a boot to the regulator lever.

4. Remove the adjusting lever.

5. Remove assembly of an automatic regulator.

6. Remove the bottom coupling spring.

7. Remove clamps and take directing springs of boots.

8. Remove the top coupling spring.
9. Remove brake boots, - disconnect from the executive lever on a back boot a cable of a drive of the parking brake.

10. Remove the executive lever of a drive of the parking brake from an old boot.

1. Carefully wipe a brake board and process contact surfaces of persistent ledges special brake greasing.

2. Transfer the executive lever of a drive of the parking brake on assembly of a new boot (back), - track correctness of installation of a wavy washer.

3. Clean assembly of an automatic regulator and accurately grease its carving part with special brake greasing.
4. Connect a cable of a drive of the parking brake to the executive lever of a back boot.
5. Transfer assembly of a back boot on a brake board and establish directing spring and an anchor finger.
6. Operating in a similar manner, establish on the regular place a forward boot.
7. Place between boots regulator assembly.
8. Establish the top coupling spring.
9. Establish the bottom coupling spring.
10. Establish the regulator lever.
11. Establish a spring of fastening of a boot to the regulator lever.
12. Establish a returnable spring of the lever. Adjust boots and establish a brake drum (see. Section Removal, installation and check of a condition of a brake drum).
13. Operating in a similar manner, replace boots of the brake mechanism of an opposite wheel.
14. Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth.
