Procedure is identical both for lobbies, and for back lateral doors of the car.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of door assemblies are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Open a door and prop up it a telezhechny jack, - for protection of a paint and varnish covering, lay between a head of a jack and door edge wooden whetstone.
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door.
5. Release the carving plug and disconnect a plait of the main plait of electroconducting of a door. Disunite other contact sockets of door assembly.
6. Mark the provision of loopy levels of a door.
7. Turn out loopy bolts and accurately remove door assembly, - use the help of the assistant.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of the assistant establish a door on the regular place, prop up it a jack and by hand tighten bolts of loopy levels.
2. Level loopy levels according to the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, then tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (17 ÷ 26 H • м: for the Galant models for 1993 вып. and Mirage for 1992 вып., 22 H • м: for the models Diamante, Galant since 1994 вып. and Mirage 1993 ÷ 1999 of вып. and 27 H • м: for the Mirage models since 1997 вып.).
3. Restore initial connection of electroconducting.
4. Establish the limiter of opening of a door and strongly tighten bolts of its fastening.
5. Clean a jack propping up a door.
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Define, what bolts from loopy levels are necessary for releasing for door shift in the demanded direction.
2. Release bolts, having provided freedom of moving of door assembly.
3. Correct a door in a body aperture and again tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
4. Continue procedure performance until the door will not occupy demanded situation in a body aperture.
5. Check serviceability of operation of a latch of the lock of a door.
6. In case of need release bolts of fastening of a plate of the drummer and rotation of the last achieve serviceable operation of a latch.
7. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (12 H • м).
