1. Details of installation of the fan of a heater on the Mirage models are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the dashboard (see. Head Body).
4. Remove assembly of a ware box and its assembly frame (see. Head Body).
5. Disconnect electroconducting from the driving motor of the fan of a heater.
6. Disconnect and remove resistive assembly.
7. Disconnect a ventilating tube of the driving electromotor.
8. Turn out fixing bolts and remove to the block of the driving motor. In case of need replace a krylchatka of the fan.

1. Establish assembly of the driving electromotor on the regular place and screw fixing bolts.
2. Connect to the motor electroconducting.
3. Connect a ventilating tube.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Remove a clamp of a ware box.
4. Against the stop open a cover of a ware box and turn out the bottom screws of fastening of assembly. Remove a ware box.
5. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the dashboard (see. Head Body).

Pay attention that some of fixing screws are closed by decorative covers which are necessary for removing previously.

6. Remove a sleeve of supply of air in a foot well of the forward passenger.
7. Disunite the 10-contact socket on the back party of an assembly frame of a ware box. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor switch of illumination of a box (it is also established on an assembly frame).
8. Turn out four fixing bolts and remove an assembly frame of a ware box.
9. Disconnect the small air hose going from the electromotor of the fan to a casing of the fan.
10. Disconnect electroconducting from the driving motor.
11. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove fan assembly from a casing. In case of need give a nut and remove a krylchatka.

1. Attentively examine a casing from within, having removed from it garbage and the extraneous subjects, capable to place to rotation of a krylchatka.
2. Estimate a condition of sealing laying, in case of need make replacement.
3. Establish the heater fan on the regular place. Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
4. Connect to the driving motor a ventilating hose and electroconducting.
5. Establish an assembly frame of a ware box and connect to it both electric sockets (10-contact and 1-contact).
6. Establish an air line.
7. Establish section of the bottom furnish of the dashboard, - track correctness of installation and reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of all clamps.
8. Establish a ware box with a persistent clamp.
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Turn out three fixing screws and remove the bottom section of furnish of the dashboard (see. Head Body).
4. On the models equipped with central air of air remove the compressor module.
5. Disconnect electroconducting from the electromotor of a drive of the fan of a heater.
6. Turn out three fixing screws and remove ventilyatorny assembly from a casing.

1. Attentively examine a casing from within, having removed from it garbage and the extraneous subjects, capable to place to rotation of a krylchatka.
2. Establish the heater fan on the regular place. Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
3. Connect to the driving motor electroconducting.
4. At the corresponding complete set of the car establish the К/В compressor module.
5. Establish section of the bottom furnish of the dashboard, - track correctness of installation and reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of all clamps.
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Disconnect safety cushions (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
3. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the dashboard and an air line sleeve.
4. Remove the drummer of the lock of a ware box, assembly of a ware box and its external casing. Turn out the screw located under assembly.
5. Give fixture of a casing of the evaporator.
6. Remove assembly of the motor of switching of a mode of circulation.
7. Remove RSM, a basic arm and the relay of management of MFI.
8. Remove the right bottom arm of the dashboard.
9. Disconnect from ventilyatorny assembly a cast hose.
10. Remove fan assembly.
11. In case of need give a fixing nut and remove a krylchatka.

1. Check a shaft of the driving pump on existence of signs of a bend. Estimate a condition of sealing laying. Carefully clear all details of assembly, blow an air line.
2. Fix a krylchatka of the fan on a shaft of the driving pump.
3. Establish assembly on the regular place.
4. Connect to the motor a cast hose and electroconducting.
5. Screw a bolt of fastening of a casing of the evaporator.
6. Establish the right bottom arm of the dashboard.
7. Establish RSM, a basic arm and the relay of management of MFI.
8. Establish assembly of the dempferny motor of switching of a mode of circulation.
9. Screw located under assembly of a ware box the screw, then establish a ware box, - act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
10. Establish the bottom section of furnish of the panel air line devices/sleeve.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Check serviceability of functioning of automatic central air of air (climate control).
