Adjustment of a cable of a drive of gear shifting

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Adjustment is made on the sensor switch of permission of start (PNP) find the sensor switch on a case of transmission and make sure of combination of openings in the lever and the sensor switch case. Transfer the selector to the situation "N", as appropriate switch the manual lever to transmissions.
2. Check correctness of combination of openings in the lever and the sensor switch case, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see further).
3. For adjustment weaken a nut of a tip of a cable and as hands choose a weak point of the last before combination of openings. Tighten a nut.
4. Check serviceability of functioning of transmission.


Adjustment of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (TV cable)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. This adjustment is provided only on the Mirage models for 1996 вып.
2. Transfer the selector lever to the situation "N".
3. Weaken an adjusting nut. Having slightly pulled for a management cable, tighten a nut with effort of 10 ÷ 14 H • m.
4. Make sure that the selector lever still is in the situation "N".
5. Check serviceability of functioning of AT.


Adjustment of the servo-driver of inclusion of the kickdown mode (F4А20 series transmission)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out a surface round the sensor switch of the servo-driver of the kickdown mode. Remove a lock ring. Remove the sensor switch.

2. By means of a special key or a nozzle block the drive piston from a provorachivaniye.

When clothing key the piston should not be wrung out down. The tightening of a nozzle is made manually.

3. Release a lock-nut to a V-shaped flute in an adjusting rod.

4. Screw on an adjusting rod an internal nozzle from a set of adjustment of the MD998916 servo-driver against the stop it in a lock-nut. An external nozzle plant on a nut.

5. With Rozhkovs keys pull together both nozzles together.

6. Remove an external nozzle and a dinamometrichesky key tighten internal with effort of 10 H • m. Release a key and repeat procedure of a tightening of a nozzle with demanded effort. Once again lower a key and tighten a nozzle again, this time with effort of 5 H • m, having released it then on 1/4 turns.

7. Unblock an internal nozzle, having weakened its clip to a lock-nut, then unscrew a nut manually to a clip it to the servo-driver piston. In summary tighten a lock-nut with demanded effort (25 ÷ 32 H • м).

Track, that the rod was not turned in the course of a nut tightening.


Pressure adjustment in lines

As adjustment is made at the removed klapanny assembly, previously it is necessary to make pressure measurement.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The scheme of hydraulic connections of AT components on an example of the card of distribution of pressure in the provision "N" of transmissions of the F4А20 series is presented on an illustration.
2. Remove klapanny assembly (see. Undressed Major maintenance of AT).

3. Find the screw of adjustment of pressure in lines.

4. Screw rotation on the regulator valve clockwise leads to pressure decrease in lines, against, - to increase. Screw turn on one full of turns leads to pressure change approximately on 26 kPas.
5. Having finished adjustment, establish into place klapanny assembly. Fill in in transmission fresh ATF (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance) also repeat pressure check in lines. The nominal rate of pressure in lines makes 360 ÷ 420 kPas at single turns of the engine and 690 ÷ 710 kPa at completely open butterfly valve.


F4А20 series transmissions (F4А22 and F4A23/33/51)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Adjustment is made F3А20 series similarly described above for transmissions with that only a difference that in this case turn of the adjusting screw on one complete revolution leads to change of pressure upon 38 kPas, and nominal pressure in lines makes 870 ÷ 890 kPas (see. Specifications).


Adjustment of reduktsionny pressure (F4А20 series transmission)
