5. For the purpose of ensuring access to a damper of krutilny fluctuations remove a loker of protection of a wheel arch.

6. On models of 1.5 l, 1.6 l, 2.0 l and 2.4 l turn out bolts of fastening of a pulley to a cogwheel of a cranked shaft. On models of 1.5 l, 1.8 l, 3.0 l and 3.5 l turn out the central bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.

7. By means of a stripper dismantle a damper of krutilny fluctuations from a shaft pin.

1. Having tracked shponka hit in a reciprocal groove, plant a damper of krutilny fluctuations on a pin of a cranked shaft,
2. On models of 1.5 l, 1.8 l, 3.0 l and 3.5 l screw the central bolt of fastening of a pulley and tighten it with demanded effort (70 ÷ 100 H • m - for models of 1.5 l, 185 H • m - for models of 1.8 l and 3.5 l and 150 ÷ 160 H • m - for models of 3.0 l).
3. On models of 1.5 l, 1.6 l, 2.0 l and 3.5 l screw bolts of fastening of a pulley to a shaft cogwheel. Tighten fixture with demanded effort (14 H • m - for models of 1.5 l, 20 ÷ 30 H • m - for models 1.6 and 2.0 of l and 25 H • m - for models of 2.4 l).
4. Establish into place a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
5. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts.
6. Establish belts of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
