1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. On models of 1.8 l mark and disconnect wire VV from spark plugs.
3. Disconnect a gas cable, a branch pipe сапуна and the PCV valve with the hose brought to it.
4. Uncover heads of cylinders (see. Section Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders). The design of assembly of a drive of valves is presented on illustrations.
5. In stages evenly weaken fixture and take from the axis engine with the yokes put on them.
6. If there is a need for removal of yokes from axes, take care of possibility of the organized storage of components (at assembly they should be established strictly on the former places).

1. Grease axes of yokes with pure impellent oil and plant on them yokes and springs (it is strict on the former places).
2. Establish assemblies of axes with yokes in the engine and tighten bolts of their fastening with demanded effort (32 H • м).
3. Check correctness of adjustment of klapanny gaps, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment, then establish a cover of a head of cylinders and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (1.8 H • m - for engines of 1.5 l and 3.3 H • m - for engines of 1.8 l).
4. If removed, connect VV electroconducting to spark plugs.
5. Restore initial connection of a cable of gas, a branch pipe сапуна and PCV hose.
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. On these engines of a yoke of a drive of valves are equipped with hydraulic pushers. In case of need the pusher can be taken from the landing nest in a yoke. Originators of the real Management recommend to make replacement of all pushers and hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps at the same time. The design of assembly of a drive of valves is presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Uncover heads of cylinders.
4. Mark position of the case of the distributor of ignition in relation to a head of cylinders. Remove the distributor.
5. Remove a gas-distributing belt.
6. Moving from the center outside in evenly in stages a diagonal order release fixture of covers of bearings of a camshaft.
7. Take axes of yokes with the yokes put on them assembled with covers of bearings, - remember that at assembly all components should be established strictly on the former places and in the former provisions!
8. Make dismantle of assembly of a drive of valves, - begin with removal of a cover of the back bearing, then pass serially from one component to another.
9. Check a condition and freedom of rotation of rollers of yokes, estimate degree of wear of internal walls of nests under landing of pushers. In case of need make replacement of yokes.

1. Slightly grease back edges of covers of face bearings.
2. Enclose assemblies in a cover of the forward bearing (risks of axes up). Screw, but do not tighten while an adjusting bolt.
3. Screw bolts of covers of the remained bearings and evenly tighten them with demanded effort (20 H • м). Remove holders of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps.
4. Establish a gas-distributing belt.
5. Establish into place the ignition distributor, - track for correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
6. Remove the adaptations fixing assemblies of hydroproof-readers.
7. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders, - do not forget to replace laying and semi-ring consolidations.
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
9. Start the engine and check correctness of installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).

4. Establish adaptations for fixing of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps (MD998443 or equivalent to them).
5. In stages evenly weaken and turn out clamping bolts of fixing of assembly of a drive of valves and take the last from the engine. In case of need dismantle of assembly take care of a possibility of the organized storage of removed components.
6. Check a condition and freedom of rotation of rollers of yokes, estimate degree of wear of internal walls of nests under landing of pushers. In case of need make replacement of all set of yokes.

1. Previously having greased components mount assembly of a drive of valves, having established on the regular places of a yoke and a spring.
2. Establish assembly on the engine and in stages evenly tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (29 ÷ 35 H • м).
3. Remove the adaptations used for fixing of hydroproof-readers.
4. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

4. Remove an air inlet sleeve.

8. Establish adaptations for fixing of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps (MD998443 or equivalent to them).

9. In stages evenly weaken and turn out clamping bolts of fixing of assembly of a drive of valves and take the last from the engine. In case of need dismantle of assembly take care of a possibility of the organized storage of removed components.
10. Check a condition and freedom of rotation of rollers of yokes, estimate degree of wear of internal walls of nests under landing of pushers. In case of need make replacement of all set of yokes.

1. Ship assemblies of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps in pure diesel fuel and make their filling, having completely removed air: by means of a wire four-five times move up-down a plunzher, at the same time slightly pressing a control ball (repeat procedure for each of pushers).
2. Plant pushers everyone in the yoke and fix them by means of the special adaptation.
3. Grease axes with pure impellent oil and plant on them yokes.
4. Temporarily tighten bolts of fastening of axes so that yokes of all inlet valves did not press the last.

5. From above plant springs of axes, having placed them under the correct corners to a cap. Plant springs before installation of assembly of a drive of final valves.

6. Lay in the engine assembly of a drive of final valves, screw and evenly, in stages tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (32 H • м).
7. Remove fixing assemblies of hydroproof-readers of the adaptation.
8. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort of 3 H • m.
9. Connect wire VV to spark plugs.
10. Connect to a cover of a head of cylinders a hose of PCV and a branch pipe сапуна.
11. Establish into place an air inlet sleeve.
12. Restore initial laying and connection of a cable of gas.
13. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. On these engines of a yoke of a drive of valves are also equipped by hydraulic proof-readers.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

6. Uncover the back bearing of a camshaft, then remove from an axis of a yoke of a drive of valves, a spring and a washer, - track organization of warehousing of removed components.
7. Estimate a condition and degree of wear of components, in case of need make replacement of all set of yokes.

1. Ship assemblies of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps in pure diesel fuel and make their filling, having completely removed air: by means of a wire four-five times move up-down a plunzher, at the same time slightly pressing a control ball (repeat procedure for each of pushers).
2. Plant pushers everyone in the yoke and fix them by means of the special adaptation.
3. Grease axes with pure impellent oil and plant on them yokes.
4. Lay assembly of a drive of valves in a head of cylinders.
5. Slightly grease with hermetic back edges of covers of face bearings.

6. Make sure that axes of yokes are developed by risks up, then establish covers of bearings (track correctness of their orientation), screw and in stages evenly tighten with demanded effort (20 H • м) bolts of their fastening.

7. Remove fixing assemblies of hydroproof-readers of the adaptation.
8. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders.
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

3. Uncover a drive of GRM and a gas-distributing belt (see. Section Removal and installation of a cover of a drive of GRM and gas-distributing belt).
4. Remove the central cover, a branch pipe сапуна and PCV hose. Disconnect VV of a wire of spark plugs.
5. Uncover heads of cylinders.
6. Remove a rack of the case of a throttle, cogwheels and epiploons of both camshafts.
7. Remove from the back party of a camshaft the sensor of provision of a camshaft (SMR) with a nozzle.
8. Remove inlet and final camshafts.
9. Remove yokes of a drive of valves and hydroproof-readers, estimate degree of wear of components, in case of need make replacement of all set.

1. Ship assemblies of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps in pure diesel fuel and make their filling, having completely removed air: by means of a wire four-five times move up-down a plunzher, at the same time slightly pressing a control ball (repeat procedure for each of pushers).
2. Grease hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps and establish them on the seats in a head of cylinders.
3. Grease camshafts and lay them in a head of cylinders.
4. Establish covers of bearings, screw fixing bolts and tighten them evenly in two-three receptions. Covers of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bearings are equipped with the marking put in their forward part, - track, that labels were combined with the reciprocal labels put on a surface of a head. On covers of an inlet shaft labels in the form of a letter of I, final - E.Prosledite also behind correctness of landing of yokes on assemblies of hydroproof-readers and shafts of cores of valves are beaten out. Bolts of covers of forward and back bearings are tightened with effort of 20 H • m, central - 11 H • m.
5. Establish epiploons of camshafts, previously having greased them with pure impellent oil.
6. Establish a gas-distributing belt (see. The section Removal and installation of a cover of a drive of GRM and a gas-distributing belt), a cover of a head of cylinders and all other components acting in film for the purpose of ensuring access.
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery, start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.

4. Special clips fix assemblies of hydroproof-readers of klapanny gaps in yokes, then release (but do not turn out) bolts of covers of bearings.
5. Remove axes of yokes assembled with yokes and covers of bearings.
6. Estimate degree of wear of components, in case of need make replacement.

1. Establish assembly of a drive of valves with covers of bearings. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (31 H • м).
2. Remove the clips, fixing hydroproof-readers in nests of yokes.
3. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
4. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
