1. Details of installation of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft are shown on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Remove transmission.
4. Remove flywheel assembly / a driving disk (see. Section Removal and flywheel installation / driving disk).
5. Remove a back plate and a transmission dome.
6. If leaks through a casing of a back epiploon take place, remove a casing. If a casing as it should be, simply take from it an epiploon.

On some engines the separator which also is subject to removal is in addition established.

1. Grease internal sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil.
2. By means of the special adaptation of the MD998376 type press an epiploon in a casing against the stop, - track, that the epiploon did not appear is overwound. At the corresponding complete set plant in a casing a separator (an oil opening down).
3. Put hermetic on an interfaced surface, replace sealing laying and establish an epiploon casing on the block.
4. Establish flywheel assembly / a driving disk and transmission.
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.
6. Check level of impellent oil. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
