5. Establish into place a starter.
6. Screw a bolt of fastening of a plait of electroconducting of the oxygen sensor to the right beam and tighten it with demanded effort (10 ÷ 12 H • м).

7. On models with Active-ECS connect a rod of the sensor of height of a suspension bracket to the bottom control lever. Adjust length of a rod And, - demanded value makes 269 ÷ 270 mm.

8. At the corresponding complete set establish into place the pump 4WS and its thermofilter. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump and its screen with demanded effort (24 H • м).
9. Screw three top bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine. Tighten bolts with demanded effort
(75 H • м).

One of the top bolts is used also for fastening of the tire of grounding.

10. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of transmission. Tighten fixture (bolts and nuts) support with demanded effort (70 H • м).
11. Connect electroconducting to the electromagnetic valve of management AT switching, to the sensor switch of the servo-driver of the kickdown mode, the pulse generator, the sensor of temperature of ATF and the sensor switch of permission of start (PNP).
12. Connect to transmission hoses of a maslookhladitel and fix them on the unions new collars.
13. Connect to transmission and fix a collar a cable of a drive of switching.
14. Connect to transmission a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
15. At the corresponding complete set establish an arm of a jet emphasis of a suspension bracket of the power unit and tighten a nut of its through bolt with effort of 50 ÷ 60 H • m. Two remained bolts tighten with effort of 22 H • m.
16. On models with Active-ECS establish into place assembly of the air compressor and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (5 H • м).
17. Connect the contact socket of a plait of electroconducting of the engine.
18. Establish air purifier assembly with an air inlet sleeve.
19. Having replaced lock rings, plant power shafts in transmission. Screw a bolt of fastening of the basic bearing of the left shaft and tighten it with demanded effort (45 H • м).
20. Plant in assembly of a rotary fist a tip of steering draft and a spherical support of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket. Tighten koronchaty nuts of spherical fingers with demanded effort (60 ÷ 72 H • м: a support and 30 H • м: a tip). Block nuts new шплинтами.
21. Having replaced sealing laying, establish into place removed sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
22. Establish protection of a case. Fill in in transmission the corresponding quantity of ATF of a demanded grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
23. Start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leaks.

1. On the models equipped with a control system of speed, remove the actuation mechanism темпостата assembled with the basic arm.
2. At the corresponding complete set disconnect the air compressor of Active-ECS system.
3. Merge from ATF transmission.
4. Remove the air purifier assembly, the built-in cooler and an air line sleeve.
5. Previously having marked, disconnect electroconducting from the electromagnetic valve, the PNP sensor switch, the pulse generator of the servo-driver of the kickdown mode and the sensor of temperature of ATF.
6. Disconnect from transmission a cable of a drive of a speedometer and the line of a maslookhladitel.
7. Having disconnected electroconducting, remove starter assembly.
8. Turn out the top bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine.
9. Prop up transmission by a jack remove an arm of a support of its suspension bracket.
10. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove elements of protection of a case.
11. Disconnect from assemblies of rotary fists steering drafts and the bottom levers of a suspension bracket.
12. Liberate from a transmission case power shafts (in order to avoid damage of internal CV JOINTS do not pull for shaft, and hook them mount, - try not to damage epiploons). Tie up shaft a wire to bottom elements.
13. On the AWD models disconnect system of production of the fulfilled gases and remove a transfer case.
14. Remove the bottom cover of a dome of transmission and turn out special bolts of fastening of a flexible disk to the rotation converter. For the purpose of ensuring serial access to each of bolts, turn a cranked shaft of the engine for a pulley bolt by means of a face key. Having turned out all bolts, wring out the converter in transmission, - if the converter remains on the engine, it will lead to oil hit in its nave that is fraught with an assembly exit out of operation.
15. Turn out the bottom fixing bolts, disconnect transmission from the engine and take it from under the car.

1. Having fixed the rotation converter in transmission, press assembly of the last to the engine. Screw bolts of fastening of a driving disk and tighten them with demanded effort (46 ÷ 53 H • м). Screw and tighten with effort of 48 H • мболты transmission fastenings. Establish a dome cover.
2. On all-wheel drive models (AWD) establish assembly of a transfer case with frame elements. Having replaced sealing laying, establish the removed sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
3. Having replaced lock rings, fill in transmission internal pins of power shafts.
4. Fill in rotary fists tips of helmsmen of draft and spherical support of levers of a suspension bracket.
5. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of transmission.
6. Establish protection of a case.
7. Establish a starter.
8. Connect to transmission a cable of a drive of a speedometer and hoses of a maslookhladitel.
9. Connect electroconducting to the electromagnetic valve, the PNP sensor switch, the pulse generator of the kickdown servo-driver and the sensor of temperature of ATF.
10. At the corresponding complete set establish into place the air compressor of Active-ECS system.
11. On the models equipped with a control system of speed, establish into place the actuation mechanism темпостата with a basic arm.
12. Fill in in transmission the corresponding quantity of ATF of a demanded grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance). On the AWD models check liquid level in a transfer case.
13. Start the engine and let's to it work on single turns within not less than 2 minutes. Cock the parking brake and it is consecutive попереключайте the selector lever in each of the provided provisions, having in summary returned it to the situation "N".
14. Check ATF level, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

6. Previously having marked, disconnect electroconducting from a speedometer, the electromagnetic valve, the PNP sensor switch, the pulse generator, the servo-driver of the kickdown mode and the sensor of temperature of ATF.
7. Mark and disconnect from transmission of the line of a maslookhladitel.
8. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove from transmission measuring щуп with a directing tube.
9. Remove and shift aside starter assembly.

11. Remove an arm of a back jet emphasis of a suspension bracket of the power unit.

15. Remove forward wheels.
16. Remove the right section of protection of a case.
17. Take шплинт and disconnect from assembly of a rotary fist a tip of steering draft.
18. Disconnect from assembly of a dempferny fork a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
19. Disconnect a dempferny fork from a cross-section control lever of a suspension bracket.
20. Liberate from a rotary fist spherical support of the bottom and szhimny levers and a suspension bracket.
21. Having hooked mount, liberate from transmission power shafts and tie up them a wire to elements of the bottom of the car.
22. Uncover a transmission dome.
23. Turn out a through bolt of a forward jet emphasis of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
24. Remove a beam and the right triangular knitsa.
25. Turn out bolts of fastening of a flexible disk to the converter of rotation and wring out the last in transmission.
26. Prop up transmission by a telezhechny jack and turn out the bottom coupling bolt.

Coupling bolt will screw in transmission from the engine and it is located directly over an opening under installation of a power shaft.

27. Having shifted back, separate transmission from the engine and take it from under the car.

1. Having fixed the rotation converter in transmission, press assembly of the last to the engine. Screw bolts of fastening of transmission and tighten them with demanded effort (48 H • м).
2. Screw the bottom coupling bolt and tighten it with effort of 29 ÷ 34 H • m.
3. Connect the rotation converter to a flexible disk, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (45 ÷ 52 H • м).
4. Establish a cover of a dome and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort of 9 H • m.
5. Establish a beam and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (88 H • м: lobbies and 73 H • м: back).
6. Screw and freely tighten a through bolt of a forward jet emphasis of a suspension bracket of the power unit.

The final tightening of a bolt with effort of 57 H • m is made after engine lowering.

7. Establish a triangular knitsa and tighten bolts of her fastening with effort of 88 H • m.
8. Having replaced lock rings, fill in transmission internal pins of power shafts, - try not to damage epiploons.
9. Fill in a rotary fist a tip of steering draft and spherical support of levers of a suspension bracket. Tighten koronchaty nuts of hinges with demanded effort (65 H • м: support and 28 H • м: a draft tip).
10. Connect a dempferny fork to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket and tighten a through bolt of its fastening with effort of 88 H • m.
11. Connect to a fork a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability and tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut with effort of 39 H • m.
12. Establish protection of a case.
13. Establish wheels and carefully lower the car on the earth.
14. Establish on transmission an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and tighten fixing nuts with effort of 43 H • m.
15. Establish an arm of a back jet emphasis of a suspension bracket of the unit.
16. Clean propping up the engine the adaptation and tighten a through bolt of a support of transmission with demanded effort (69 H • м). Also finally tighten a bolt of a forward jet emphasis.
17. Screw the top bolts of fastening of transmission and tighten them with demanded effort (48 H • м).
18. Establish a starter.
19. Establish measuring щуп with a directing tube.
20. Establish a basic arm of a cable of a drive of switching.
21. Connect the lever of switching and tighten a nut of its fastening with effort of 19 H • m.
22. Connect to transmission of the line of a maslookhladitel and fix them on unions new collars.
23. Connect electroconducting to the electromagnetic valve, the PNP sensor switch, the pulse generator, the kickdown servo-driver and the sensor of temperature of ATF.
24. Establish air purifier assembly.
25. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
26. Make sure that the car is established horizontally and fill in in transmission necessary quantity of ATF of a demanded grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
27. Start the engine and let's to it work on single turns within not less than 2 minutes. Cock the parking brake and it is consecutive попереключайте the selector lever in each of the provided provisions, having in summary returned it to the situation "N".
28. Check ATF level, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

12. Turn out fixing bolts and remove an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of transmission.
13. Disconnect the stabilizer of cross-section stability from the bottom lever of a suspension bracket.
14. Liberate from a rotary fist hinges of a tip of steering draft and a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket.
15. Liberate from transmission power shafts and tie up them to elements of the bottom of the car.
16. Prop up the engine and remove the central beam.
17. Uncover domes of transmission and turn out bolts of fastening of a driving disk.
18. Turn out the bottom coupling bolt located directly over an opening under installation of a power shaft.
19. Prop up transmission by a telezhechny jack, then shift it to the right, having separated from the engine, and take from under the car.

1. Having fixed the rotation converter in transmission, press assembly of the last to the engine. Screw bolts of fastening of transmission and tighten them with demanded effort (43 ÷ 55 H • м: for models for 1992 вып. and 48 H • м: for models since 1993 вып.).

3. Establish the central beam.
4. Having replaced lock rings, fill in transmission internal pins of power shafts, - try not to damage epiploons.

6. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of transmission.
7. Establish a starter.

9. Connect electroconducting to the electromagnetic valve, the PNP sensor switch, the pulse generator, the kickdown servo-driver and the sensor of temperature of ATF.
10. Connect to transmission cables of management and the line of a maslookhladitel.
11. On models of 1.6 l establish a tension rod.
12. Establish air purifier assembly.
13. Establish the battery with the pallet.
14. Connect to the battery electroconducting (at first a positive wire, then - negative).
15. Make sure that the car is established horizontally and fill in in transmission necessary quantity of ATF of a demanded grade (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance).
