Replacement of a mast of the aerial can be made by a way of its simple reversing from the basis. The description of procedure of replacement of the basis assembled with an antenna cable below is provided.

The Mirage models for 1992 вып.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the aerial of a radio receiver on the Mirage models for 1992 вып. are shown on an illustration.
2. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove the right forward wheel.
4. Remove a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
5. For the purpose of ensuring access to a radio receiver remove the central section of furnish of the dashboard and a ware box.
6. Remove overlays of a threshold of the right forward door of the car.
7. On models with a back heater remove the air line laid under a ware box.
8. Accurately remove PCM (see. Head of the Control system of the engine).
9. Remove a radio receiver and disconnect from it an antenna cable.
10. Liberate a cable from intermediate bindings and clamps of its fastening under the dashboard.
11. Turn out an aerial mast from assembly of its basis.
12. Give the top nut of fastening of the basis of the aerial (on a car wing) and release the bottom bolt of fastening of a mast.
13. Remove a mast and accurately liberate an antenna cable.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fill in an opening in a wing replaceable antenna assembly and strongly tighten the top nut and the bottom bolt.
2. Carefully get a cable under the dashboard on connect it to a radio receiver, - track reliability of fastening of a cable in all provided clamps and bindings.
3. Establish into place the module of management of MPI.
4. If removed, establish into place an air sleeve of a heater.
5. Establish overlays of a threshold of the right forward door.
6. Establish a ware box.
7. Establish the central section of furnish of the dashboard.
8. Establish a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
9. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.

The Mirage models since 1993 вып.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the aerial of a radio receiver on the Mirage models since 1993 вып. are shown on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Turn out screws of fastening of the basis of the aerial.
4. Lift an aerial mast assembled with the basis and separate it from a car roof.
5. Disconnect an antenna cable.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down.

Galant and Diamante models

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the aerial of a radio receiver on the Galant and Diamante models are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Remove the lateral panel of an upholstery of a luggage compartment.
4. On models with the stationary aerial turn out a mast.
5. Accurately release established from above on a car wing a ring nut.
6. Disconnect electroconducting from the driving electromotor. Disconnect an antenna cable.
7. Give fixing bolts and nuts and remove assembly of the electromotor of a drive of the aerial.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the driving electromotor and tighten elements of its fixture.
2. Restore initial connection of electroconducting and an antenna cable.
3. Screw a ring nut and accurately tighten it with demanded effort (4 H • the m, - is slightly stronger, than by hand).
4. On models with the stationary aerial screw a mast.
5. Establish the lateral panel of an upholstery of a luggage compartment.
