Remember that the brake liquid merged from a path is not subject to a reuse!


Rules of service of lines of a hydraulic path

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check of a condition of metal and rubber brake lines should be made on a regular basis according to the schedule of routine maintenance of the car (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance). Attentively examine all lines of a brake path on existence of mechanical damages and signs of development of leaks. Deformation of tubes can lead to violation of their passableness that in this case is fraught with violation of efficiency of functioning of brake system (up to complete refusal of the corresponding contour). Rubber hoses should be checked on existence of cracks, cuts, attritions, swellings and other signs of destruction of protective fittings.

2. At a detachment of brake lines it is necessary to give special attention to purity observance, - before undocking carefully smooth out a surface of shtutserny sockets (use a brush and special cleaners). Right after a detachment of lines stop up their open ends in order to avoid hit to the dirt and moisture highway.

3. Before installation replaceable sections should be washed out pure brake liquid.


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that have the correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
3. For the purpose of ensuring access to the brake line needing service remove the corresponding wheel.
4. Carefully (with application of a special cleaner) wipe shtutserny sockets subject to a detachment and surfaces surrounding them.
5. Prepare drain capacity and rags for collecting spilled brake liquid.

6. Undocking of the shtutserny socket is made by means of two keys one of which (cap with a cutting head) is put on a shtutserny nut, and the second is used for keeping of a reciprocal part of a joint from a provorachivaniye. Application of two keys will allow to avoid the extremely undesirable deformations of the hydraulic line and union damage.

7. Any, sealing washers used in shtutserny sockets are subject to replacement without fail!

8. Having moved drain capacity, disconnect the second end of served section of a brake path (also use two keys).

9. Liberate the disconnected line from intermediate clamps and remove it from the car. At once закупорьте the open ends of the disunited path.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At installation of replaceable section of the brake line it is necessary to begin with connection of that its end which is more removed from the main cylinder. At a nazhivleniye of a shtutserny nut track, that there was no its perekashivaniye fraught with failure of a carving.
2. The tightening of shtutserny sockets also is made by means of two keys.
3. Having established replaceable section, make sure that it does not adjoin to moving elements of the suspension bracket/helmsman of a drive (safe it is considered removal not less than 13 mm).
4. Track, that the line was fixed in all provided intermediate clamps / basic arms.

At installation of flexible brake hoses watch, that they did not appear are overwound.

5. Establish all components acting in film for the purpose of ensuring access, then lower the car on the earth.
6. Add in the GTTs tank necessary amount of more freshly hydraulic liquid (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance), also pump over brake system (see. Section Pumping of brake system).
