Removal, check of a condition and installation of a brake disk

Remember that developed in the course of operation of brake mechanisms the dust can contain extremely unhealthy the person asbestos. At all do not blow off a dust the compressed air and do not inhale it, - at service of mechanisms put on a protective mask or a respirator. At all do not use for rubbing of components of brake system by gasoline or solvents on an oil basis, - apply only firm cleaners or methyl alcohol!

Brake mechanisms of lobbies and back wheels

The procedure described below is identical to disk brake mechanisms both forward, and back wheels.


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
2. Remove the corresponding wheel.
3. Remove a support, brake shoes (see. Section Replacement of blocks of disk brake mechanisms) and anchor bracket.

4. Without disconnecting a hydraulic hose, tie up a support a wire to suspension bracket elements, - track, that the flexible brake hose did not appear will pull.
5. On some models the brake disk fastens to a wheel nave by means of two small screws, - turn out screws and remove a disk. If the disk "became attached" and does not give in to removal, screw pair of suitable bolts in provided in a disk body carving openings and, gradually tightening them, release a disk.


Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of a micrometer measure thickness of a disk in eight various points of its surface with a rating approximately in 45 ° and on removal about 10 mm from external, which assemblies. The minimum admissible thickness of a disk makes 22.4 mm (for forward brake mechanisms)/8.4 mm (for back mechanisms), the deviation should not exceed 0.015 mm.
2. The disk worn out below an admissible limit is subject to replacement.
3. In case of identification of variations exceeding norm give a disk a pro-point.

As a result of a pro-point the thickness of the restored disk should not appear below the minimum admissible limit (see above).


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a disk on a nave, screw and tighten fixing screws.
2. Establish an anchor bracket and brake shoes.
3. Establish into place a support, screw and tighten directing fingers.
4. Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel nuts.
5. Before starting car operation several times squeeze out a brake pedal for a usadka of components of the brake mechanism.

Brake mechanisms of forward wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Without a separation of wheels from the earth, at the squeezed-out brakes weaken a stupichny nut.
2. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove the corresponding wheel.
4. Remove a stupichny nut and a lock washer.
5. Remove a support of the brake mechanism and, without disconnecting a brake hose, tie up assembly by a wire to a suspension bracket element, - track, that the flexible brake hose did not appear will pull.
6. Take brake shoes.
7. Liberate a spherical support of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket and a tip of steering draft from assembly of a rotary fist.
8. By means of a stripper liberate a power shaft from stupichny assembly.
9. Turn out the bottom fixing bolts and remove a suspension bracket rack.
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove an anchor bracket of the brake mechanism.
11. For separation of a brake disk from a nave turn out fixing bolts and use the Mv991001 type adaptation.


Check

1. Establish a brake disk on a nave. Tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (54 H • м) also establish assembly on the car.
2. Establish a washer (a facet outside), screw and temporarily tighten a stupichny nut.
3. Fix on the regular places a spherical support of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket and a tip of steering draft.
4. Establish components of the brake mechanism.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.
6. Squeeze out a foot brake and tighten a stupichny nut with demanded effort (260 H • м). Insert new шплинт and reliably unbend its "short moustaches".

Removal
